Registration for the 2 day symposium includes attendance on 11th & 12th September, inclusive of lunches and refreshments and the Symposium dinner.

Everyone who purchases a ticket this year will be considered a member for the purposes of funding applications.

Documentation required for site entrance
Entering the site of the ESRF require a site entrance authorization. You will have the opportunity to apply for site entrance upon registration to the conference (a link will be provided on the ToScA website). The EPN site (European Photon & Neutron) is a restricted area: you will be asked to report in at the site entrance on arrival and you will need to produce a proof of identification.
The following valid (i.e. non-expired) ID documents are accepted:
• passport
• national ID card
• residence permit (titre de séjour)
• driving licence (with photo)
